About Olly

Olly is a very handsome chap! He was quite anxious on arrival but underneath it all he is generally, a fairly quiet, easy dog. He loves walks & in typical spaniel style, will follow his nose along the ground, often pulling on lead. He has improved since being in foster but is still quite strong. He's been fine meeting both dogs and people out and about.

He loves toys and playing tug of war with you. He particularly loves a ball, which with the right training, will really help with things like recall.

Olly gets on fine with other dogs in the home but isn't interested in playing or interacting with them and tends to keep to himself. He loves being brushed but can get a bit silly/excited rolling about making it difficult to get all areas.

He has some separation anxiety that will need work. He will follow you round the house if allowed but he has now learnt that people come back from upstairs in the foster home. He will cry and pace while you are gone, so this will need building up slowly.

Olly has been displaying some resource guarding behaviour, over the sofa and his blanket but not food or toys. These are all common issues caused by lack of guidance or training from a young age.

Adult home. Visiting kids should be fine. Trainable with bold cats
