Ben is a typical, old fashioned looking type of Springer, about 20kg.
He's a very happy boy, nose down and tail wagging when out walking, meeting other dogs or playing fetch. He is very strong on the lead, so will need training to stop pulling.
In the home, Ben can be quite an anxious lad, frightened of everyday household noises. After a few weeks in foster, this is improving, he is now more relaxed, taking comfort from the resident dog. For this reason, we would like him to be homed with a more confident dog, already in the home. Male or female would be fine.
He travels well in the car, sleeps quietly in the kitchen at night, hasn't been destructive in the home and has met fosters grandchildren who range from 2 to 7 and was fine, just a little nervous.
Ben is a gentle and affectionate lad who will thrive given a bit of time and patience.
Visiting kids would be fine. Not cat tested
